Healing is often spoken about as returning to who we once were. My work approaches healing differently. I see it as an alchemical process of transformation, one that invites us to make meaning of adversity, deepen self-awareness, reconnect to purpose, and grow into a more authentic and empowered version of ourselves. The Alchemy of Healing brings together integrative positive psychology, existential wellbeing, and post-traumatic growth to support healing that is not only restorative but also deeply transformative.

How This Framework Supports Healing.

My approach to healing is integrative, research-informed, and deeply human. Rather than focusing on fixing what is broken, this framework supports people in understanding their experiences, strengthening inner resilience, and transforming pain into insight, wisdom, and growth. Through positive psychology, existential reflection, and a strong focus on meaning-making, the work supports individuals in moving through adversity with greater clarity, courage, and self-understanding.
